Declaration of Intendance
July 4, 1776

It is time for the American people to exercise their individual voting power to cause the necessary changes that must occur for an efficient, effective and affordable government. Many senators and congressmen prefer to spend their time with lobbyists instead of with pesky constituents who just don’t seem to know their place, but when powerful and rich special interests talk. Congress listens. The American citizens must acknowledge certain facts:

3. The part of the infrastructure of fraud and corruption includes the President corrupt members of Congress and the Lobbyists who use illegal means to make money for themselves and their clients.

4. Citizens’ devotion to the principles of democracy and non-violence.

5. Citizens using their vote to remove every incumbent Senator and congressman, from office.

I haven't really looked over the list in detail, so I can't say if you've missed anything or not. However, I do think it's worth noting that there are a couple of people who aren't on the list because they are no longer congressmen as a result of their corruption - specifically Delay and Ney. Jefferson may be headed that way as well, for all I know. Chip,

But I must make a couple of observations from the list. First, Jefferson and Waters are in a class by themselves- Jefferson first. Second, alot of guys like Frist have only been accused of corruption. I know he and and Santorum are considered upright and honorable within their State and their party. Third, remember the contract that helped get Republicans in power? At the time, scores of Congressmen were bouncing checks and involved in real scandals that led to their defeat in elections. Looking at the offenses and/or charges, there seems to be a higher standard of disclosure for Congressmen...that's a good thing. I quickly scanned the list, so I might of missed someone- but Jefferson is the only real bad egg among them. It goes with what Rush says- “Its always a good thing for Congress to be in recess.”
