The guy is pointing to the sale of a license plate as an example of genocide and "giving the country away". That's blowing things out of proportion to an absurd degree. Besides, as I pointed out in the LTE comments, the guy's premise is undercut by the fact that the DMV does indeed have <a href="https://edmv-sp.dot.state.nc.us/sp/ShowSpecialPlate?category=civic&code=SCV" rel="nofollow">a plate featuring a Confederate flag</a>. So the letter isn't just overblown, it's also incorrect. Well, the “errors in semantics” (that’s putting it mildly) are kind of my point.
