    Anthony did you note where Grier says the likely cuts will be made? First off was teachers assistants. Not one of the over bloated administrative staff and their endless forms for teachers to fill out will be cut. If the school board were responsile and fairly intelligent people they would instruct Grier to make a 10% cut all staff but the teaching and directly related to teaching and services staff. But no one will do this they will let Grier hire another “expert” to “interpret” the failing test scores for him. Dear Lord!

    Good point about the teachers assistants, Brenda – I would think there should be some other positions that could be cut before them.
